Where are you from?
I was born in the North of England and came to Australia when I was 14.

How many hours a day do you work on the web sites?
At least 5-6 hours every day and more at the week end.

May I set up a link to Outback Family History?
Yes by all means please do!

May I share the info and photos from the site?
Yes, please do share what ever you wish. I have either permission to share the info or photos or they are in the public domain. The more we share the more the history will not be forgotten.

Can I send you a story about my family?
Yes I alwasy love to read stories about other families and places in the Godfields. Make sure you tell me if I may share them with others.

How many people are involved in the site?
At the present I am the sole owner, coordinator and writer of all things OFH. I have a couple of wonderful volunteers who help me with transcribing records to make them avaialble on the website and blog as much of the info is still in hard copy.

Can you conduct research for me?
I am happy to answers brief queries (patience may be required) but as much as I would like to time does make me able to conduct in depth research. I can direct you to others who may be able to help.

Is there anything that I can do to help?
Any donation you are able to make no matter how small will assist in more records becoming available. If you do come across and broken links on the site or any information you feel is incorrect please let me know.  I am also always looking for new information so if you have photographs or stories you  would like to share I would like to hear from you.

Can I be involved in the web sites?
If you would like to volunteer, do get in touch, I am sure I would have something that would appeal to you and it can all be emailed to you to do at home.

Do you make money from the site?
Each year I just about cover all of ther associated costs with running three web sites which is about $3500 a year and then I sometimes have to pay for tech help that may be beyong my skills. With the various donations I receive during the year I usually just break even, but not always.
